What is your role at HOPE, in your own words?
I coordinate logistics for the different ministry areas on our Discipleship Team including groups, classes, baptisms, and membership.
What’s your favorite verse/passage of scripture and why?
Philippians 4:4-9
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
So many emotions and reminders are packed into this passage that are needed on a daily basis. Let us rejoice in God’s goodness, leave our anxiousness at his feet, and be blanketed by his peace. I find comfort in the cadence of this and pray it over my life.

I started coming to HOPE in 2012 and started working at HOPE in 2013.
What’s something that brings you joy?
Traveling with my family and making memories together.
What’s your go-to comfort food or coffee order?
Dried mango slices, and a chai latte with oat milk.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Breakdancing.
What’s something people might not know about you?
I have a competitive nature and will jump into almost any game, except cornhole. Do not ever ask me to play cornhole.
