WANT TO USE SPACE AT HOPE CHURCH FOR YOUR EVENT OR GATHERING?
Here at HOPE, we value partnership with others and we are excited to share our space with our community!
We ask that you please submit a request form and review and sign our building use guidelines (provided on the form) in order to use our space here at Hope Church.
Once submitted, you'll receive more information from our office, such as: a confirmation, a user agreement, and other important details and instructions.
SPECIAL NOTE
The primary use of the facilities is for worship, HOPE ministry programs, member memorial/celebration of life services, and HOPE-sponsored events.
Non-profit organization requests, corporate and private events are considered based on availability and the nature of the event on an individual basis. To allow flexibility for our ministry teams, we request applications be submitted no more than 60 days before an event. Any request for a recurring event be will reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The practice and sale of professional services is not permitted. Additionally, spaces are not available during Advent (one week prior to Thanksgiving until the first Thursday in January) and the Easter seaon (two weeks prior to and two weeks after Easter) to prioritize ministry programming.
