Nepal Floods Response
In response to the devastation caused by recent flooding in Nepal, the community of Hope Church desires to express the love of Christ in a small way to those greatly affected. Hope Church will be sending donations to two ministry partners of Mesa Global who are serving in partnership with the local church in Nepal. HOPE's Global Crisis Response Fund is open to receive financial gifts to support these partners "in the name of Jesus."
PRAYER FROM OUR LEADERSHIP
A prayer for those suffering around the world:
Heavenly Father, oh, how our heart hurts for those who have suffered great loss and great pain.
Father of mercy, would you be near those who are brokenhearted.
Jesus Christ, would you strengthen your church with peace and comfort to offer those who are in despair.
Lord, through your Holy Spirit, would you guide us and connect us with your global church to offer mercy and help in this time of need in order that those suffering may be comforted, those in despair may be reminded of your great love for them, and that Jesus might be glorified.
Amen.
