What is your role at HOPE, in your own words?
My role is to come alongside the Executive Pastor to help with the behind-the-scenes administrative work and to represent both him and the church. I’m here to support the ministry and help things run smoothly so he can focus on teaching and leading.
What’s your favorite verse/passage of scripture and why?
Psalms 118:24. This is the day the Lord has made! Let’s rejoice and be glad in it. (I say this verse almost every morning as an acknowledgement and commitment that this day is a gift to me and it belongs to the Lord, may His will be done.)
What year did you start coming to HOPE? Working at HOPE?
First time visited HOPE was 4/6/25. Started working on 5/12/25.
What’s something that brings you joy?
Seeing the colorful sky at sunrise or sunset.
What’s your go-to comfort food or coffee order?
Hot, black coffee, preferably an Americano.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Drawing and painting with watercolors.
What’s something people might not know about you?
My favorite thing to cook is homemade buttermilk biscuits.
