What is your role at HOPE, in your own words?
Leading both the congregation and volunteer worship community in worship through Sunday Services, worship events, songwriting, and creative projects.
What’s your favorite verse/passage of scripture and why?
Romans 8:37-39; I feel like this is such a powerful and grounding verse that is an inspiration for many worship songs. I love how the listing of things that could never separate us from the love of God feels like an anthem chorus! I often read these words and imagine the church shouting them out together – joining in with the Heavenly chorus!
What year did you start coming to HOPE? Working at HOPE?
Started attending and working in June of 2021.
What’s something that brings you joy?
Sharing new music with people.
What’s your go-to comfort food or coffee order?
Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal or Cane’s Chicken Fingers.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Skateboarding or card tricks!
What’s something people might not know about you?
My very first job was drawing caricatures at an amusement park.
