Begin your morning in the presence of God with a community that blends encouragement, prayer, and exercise.

We’ll start with about 20 minutes of “warm-up” - sharing what’s on our hearts and minds as we prepare for the day ahead. Then we’ll head to the track for walking, jogging, or running - whatever pace and distance fits you best.

Whether you’re training for an upcoming race or simply looking for a safe, well-lit place to exercise with good company, you’re welcome here. All ages and fitness levels are invited.
